Our suggestion is to do:
- started with the Aloe Vera Mango combine with the Lemon Tea, to accelerate metabolism and have more Energy.Two Times a Day.
- Takes Two Shakes daily : Formula 1-Meal flavor Latte + 1 scoop of Protein Shake
- CellULoss: to Have better skin
- Total Control® - to accelerate metabolism, energy and alertness
- changing from having Two Meals... to a FIVE Meal Plan with more Protein and the Shakes to balance needs.
- 9 Glasses of Water
- Schedule for Sleep time and Exercise
- Workout 15 Mins every Other Day
Currently she is not exercising much and her job traveling, has caused her to not be consistent with her Nutrition, as well as her routines.We suggested to have the Pockets to go, for the Shakes and the Tea.
She has lost 2 Pounds over this month.
Now she is:177 lbs as of July 8, 2014!
