We started the Challenge on 5/25/2014. He is weighing 150 lbs and has tried to modify his Diet. He works Night Shifts and therefore he needs energy and methods to sleep better during the day.
He has issues sleeping, not eating well and enough, not exercising, smokes 6 cigarettes a day and drinks more than 5 coffees.

Here are the changes Proposed for him:
- started with the Aloe Vera Mango combine with the Lemon Tea, to accelerate metabolism and have more Energy.Two Times a Day.
- Takes Two Shakes daily : Formula 1-Meal flavor Latte + 1 scoop of Protein Shake
- CellULoss: to Have better skin
- Total Control® - to accelerate metabolism, energy and alertness
- changing from having Two Meals... to a FIVE Meal Plan with more Protein and the Shakes to balance needs.
- 5 Glasses of Water
- Schedule for Sleep time and Exercise
- Workout 30 Mins every Other Day
